Q: Where does Flatbox deliver to?

A: At this stage, we are only set up to deliver in the Dunedin area. In order to keep costs as low as possible, and delivery dates guaranteed, we’ll only be accepting orders from Dunedin, but we’re hoping to expand further north as soon as we can. 

 

Q: How are your boxes so cheap?

A: This comes from a combination of well-considered contents, buying wholesale and bulk, companies we advertise subsidising per box delivered and some kind companies throwing products in for free.

 

Q: When and how will my box be delivered?

A: Your box will be delivered by the Flatbox team on the date indicated to us at checkout. If you have any questions or want to change that date, please email us at sales@flatbox.co.nz.

 

Q: What is included in the handbooks?

A: The handbooks contain information tailored to the region, time of year and box purchased. 

The Pioneer Package for Dunedin handbook tells you where you can go for help, information on setting up your flat, recipes using the ingredients in the box and much more! 

The Clean-Up Crate handbook for Dunedin will have storage options for your furniture, how to clean up your flat effectively, and other tips for ending your lease without any hassle.

 

Q:  Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes. If your circumstances have changed for whatever reason, we offer a full refund on any order cancelled before the date of delivery. Although, our stock is limited, so we can not guarantee that you will be able to order again.

 

Q: Will I receive all the exact items shown in the pictures?

A: We source many different products from many different sources, so, due to problems in sourcing, from time to time products must be switched out. You will receive what is listed in the description of the package or better. Under no circumstance will we switch out what is listed for a cheaper equivalent after you order.
